Who We Are

The Center for Community Shelter & Resilience (CCSR) is a Greek non-profit civil law company with an educational, social and supportive mission.

Our goal is to strengthen community resilience through awareness, education, practical guidance and supportive initiatives related to citizen and community preparedness. The Center operates in a supportive and complementary role alongside competent public authorities and does not perform operational civil protection activities.

What We Aim For

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not replace public authorities or civil protection services.
  • We do not provide operational crisis management.
  • We do not issue technical certifications or suitability studies.
  • We do not provide medical, legal or technical services requiring professional licensing.
  • We do not provide binding instructions to citizens during real emergency situations.
