The Center for Community Shelter & Resilience was created around a simple but essential idea: preparedness starts with people.     Our purpose is to strengthen citizen preparedness, basic understanding of shelter environments and psychological readiness in crisis conditions. We focus on actions with social, educational and research value, and we approach preparedness not through fear, but through knowledge, composure and cooperation.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
